How long does it take to heal?
Your healing depends on many factors including your current health and the severity of your issues. Like all processes with the body, healing takes time. We’ll support and educate you along the way, so you always know we’re here for you.

What exactly is chiropractic care?
Chiropractic is a form of health care that assists the body’s own natural ability to achieve and maintain optimal health. Chiropractic is considered to be natural because it helps the body heal itself without drugs or surgery. Chiropractic focuses on the structure and alignment of the spine and how that protects the nerves that pass through.

How does chiropractic care help?
Your brain controls your body as all communication between the brain and body travels through the nerves. If there is pressure on a nerve, the body and brain can’t effectively communicate like it should. When a chiropractor adjusts the spine, he removes the pressure on the nerve that passes through that area of the spine.

Misalignment can cause undue pressure on your nerves. When this happens, communication from the brain through those nerves is blocked, causing you to experience pain or troublesome conditions. (Think of it like a garden hose. As long as there are no kinks in the hose, the water can run freely, but if someone steps on the hose (pressure), the water can’t flow like it should.)
